This new track was inspired by a suicide committed by a person who was once in close vicinity to me. Although I did not know her personally, the tremendous amount of pain she endured that led to her demise is relative to my own hardships in life. I had at one point, as many of us have, do or will, experienced high levels of pain & tribulation.

Ocean Jewels is an allegorical chronicle of that emotional journey for me, my interpretation of that darkness, & what lied at the end of a dark tunnel.
